From what I’ve gathered, the Spartan Trading Strategy is focused on finding high probability setups and teaching traders to look at trading from a technical and statistical standpoint. The pre-requisite to any trade is that there has to be a risk to reward ratio of at least 3:1. This means that you only take trades that have three times the profit (reward) to the loss (risk) and that once you establish your risk/reward, you stick to it.

The benefit of this strategy is that you are only making trades if they have significant reward and you have pre-determined to cut the trade if your stop is hit. Spartan teaches and believes that if you can do these two things you are guaranteed to be profitable in the long run.

I tend to agree with these assumptions and created a risk/reward calculator based on Spartans ideas to prove they are statistically correct.
